Ingredients
*2 large handfuls of fine green beans, trimmed
*12 asparagus spears, trimmed
*large handful of snow peas
*2 tbsp olive oil
*1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
*2 inch piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
*2 large cloves garlic, sliced
Preparation
- Place green bean in hot wok, then asparagus, then snow peas. Cook until tender but crisp and remove
- Add oils to wok and heat gently. Add the ginger, soy sauce, and garlic and cook until heated thru about 1 minute. Pour sauce over the veggies and leave for a few minute to let flavors mingle.
