Ingredients

1 c. garbanzo bean flour

1 1/2 c. brown rice flour

1/2 c. potato starch

3 t. xanthan gum

1 t. salt

2 T. sugar

1 T. active dry yeast

2 eggs, room temperature

2 T. vegetable oil

1 t. vinegar, room temperature

1 3/4 c. water, room temperature

Preparation

Mix the seven dry ingredients in a large bowl (garbanzo bean flour through yeast). Using water from your hot water faucet (about 110-115 degrees F) mix eggs, oil, vinegar and water in a large bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Spoon dough into the bread machine bucket. Set the controls for basic white bread and light setting. Finished loaf should be about 5 inches high.
