Ingredients

7 oz. frozen empanada pastry

1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

2 tablespoon of cream cheese

Salt and nutmeg powder to taste

Olive oil

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 325 F. Cut in a square shape empanada pastry {about 3 inches/side}. Put a teaspoon of cream cheese, some walnuts and salt and nutmeg. Then, you must close the dough pressing one side to another, in order to the filling doesn’t spill during the cooking process.
