Ingredients

1 red apple, chopped

1 C. red grapes, halved

1 C. celery, finely chopped

4 T. walnuts, chopped

1/2 C. mayonnaise

1 T. lemon juice

1 T. sugar

salt and pepper

pinch cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Layer lettuce on six plates. Use a ice cream scoop to place salad on top.
