Ingredients

1/2 gal. apple cider

pint cranberry juice

1/2 c. sugar

tsp. bitters

2 cinn. sticks

2 teasp. whole allspice

clove orange

1 cup rum or to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except rum. Let simmer for a few hours, then when you’re ready to serve, add rum. You can always leave it “virgin” and have people add their own.
