Ingredients
4 eggs separated
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 ½ cup milk
2 Cups flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Salt
1/3 cup melted butter
Preparation
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Melt butter; cool. Beat egg yolks until thick, add sugar and milk and beat well. Add melted butter. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake until golden brown.
