frozen Buttermilk or homestyle waffles

teaspoons peach preserves

teaspoons chopped shelled sunflower seeds

(4-oz.) container vanilla pudding

Preparation

Toast waffles as directed on package.

Spread preserves over warm waffles. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Cut waffles in half. Serve with pudding for dipping. Refrigerate any remaining pudding.
