Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 package chocolate chips
Preparation
Set the oven Temperature to 375 degrees. Break egg into bowl and beat egg with spoon. Put butter in another bowl. Measure brown sugar and putinto bowl with butter. Mix brown sugar and butter together until creamy. Mix in beaten egg, add vanilla and water. Mix till smooth. Measure the flour, the baking powder, and the salt into a sifter. Sift them into a bowl. Pour about half the sifted ingredients onto the creamed mixture. Stir, then pour the other half in. Stir until all the flour is blended into batter. Dump in Package of cocolate chips. Stir the chips into the batter. Spoon a small amount onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool & eat.
