Ingredients

2 thin slices of prosciutto, julienne

1 clove of garlic sliced thin

1 chili pepper

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp vodka

3 tbsp heavy cream

4 oz. marinara sauce

Preparation

Saute prosciuttto, garlic and chili pepper until garlic turns golden. Remove pan from heat and add vodka. Be careful! When vodka is almost evaporated add heavy cream and marinara sauce.
