Ingredients

1 Onion Chopped

4 Tbsp Butter

1 24 oz. Can Crushed Tomatoes

1/4 Cup Vodka

1/4 Cup Cream

1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Salt to taste

Preparation

In a saute pan, saute chopped onions and butter until transluscent. Add Tomatoes, Vodka; cook until boiling. Boil for 3 minutes. Add red pepper flakes, cream; cook until boiling. Stir in the parmesan cheese.

Toss with pasta.
