Ingredients

3- 3 half pounds Lamb, Pork, or Chicken (Can also mix’n match)

Onions = 3

Pepper & Salt

Butter Milk 1-2 Lg containers

Preparation

Marinate over night. The marinate should include sliced onions, pepper/salt, and plenty of butter milk. Grill on skewers above Charcoal for 15-25 minutes depending on the heat and guests. Skewers need soaked in cold water 10 mins before hitting the grill.
