Ingredients

400 g chocolate

200 g granulated sugar

200 g butter (room temp)

6 tblsp milk

6 tblsp flour

8 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Melt the chocolate with the milk. Add the butter. Separate the eggs. Add the sugar, egg yolks and flour to the mixture. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Pour into a cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
