Ingredients

1/3 cup white wine vinegar

¼ cup Dijon mustard

2 tea honey

Coarse salt & ground pepper

½ cup EVOO

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Whisk or shake to combine. Add ¼ cup EVOO & whisk or shake again. Store in an airtight container or jar for up to2 weeks. Shake before using.
