Ingredients
Yellow Fin tuna steaks, 1 in. to 1 ½ in thick
3T Red wine vinegar
2 T Thyme
2 T Dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
½ tsp salt
¾ C Olive Oil
Preparation
Prepare grill. Be sure it is hot and well-oiled. Spread vinaigrette over steaks. Grill 1 ½ min. on first side. Turn. Grill 1 ½ - 3 min on second side.
