Ingredients
3 Tbsp. sparkling wine vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. whole-grain mustard
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 x-large egg yolk (room temperature)
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
The ingredients sans the oil measure to approx. 1/3 of measuring cup.
Add the olive oil slowly whisking constantly (which should measure out to 2/3 cup)
