Ingredients

Chicken Breast

Tomatoes (2 whole, sliced)

Cucumber (1 whole, sliced)

Onion (1/2, sliced)

Garlic (2 cloves, minced … or a pinch of powder)

Green Peppers (1 whole, sliced)

Feta Cheese (1/2 cup, crumbled)

Olive Oil (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Oregano (to taste)

Lemon (to taste)

Preparation

VILLAGE SALAD: Add sliced tomotoes, cucumber, onion, and green peppers in a bowl. Dress with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt, pepper & oregano.

The village salad makes a great side dish. However, add chicken and it becomes a magnificient meal.

CHICKEN (optional):

Marinade Chicken in olive oil with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, and lemon. It’s best to marinade the chicken for a few hours. However, still good if prefer to cook right away. Then, broil or grill the chicken for approximately 15 minutes. Once ready, slice it and add to salad.
