5 dozen Appalachcola raw oysters

shucking knife

parmasean cheese

garlic

lemon

baking tray

Preparation

pre heat oven to 425 shuck oysters and place as many as you can fit on baking tray. place in heated oven. (keep a good watch) when liquid fills the oysters, remove from oven & gently pour off any liquid in the oysters. Bake approx. 15-20 minutes. Right before you take out add parmesean cheese, squeeze a little lemon juice, add a little garlic and bake just a little longer
