Ingredients

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, (about 2 limes) 

2 tablespoons fish sauce 

2 tablespoons rice-wine vinegar 

1 teaspoon sugar 

1/2 green chile pepper, such as serrano, very thinly sliced 

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, and chile. Transfer to a serving bowl.
