Ingredients
1/2 cabbage, shreaded
1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
2 shredded carrot,
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 bunch mint, chopped
1/2 bunch basil, chopped
Dressing:
1 large shallot thinly sliced
1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce (or 1/2 tsp minced Thai bird chili);
2 tsp fish sauce;
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp turbinado raw cane sugar (or light brown sugar), 2 tbsp water
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
