Ingredients

-1/4 cup Salt

-1 Tbs Pepper

-1 Tbs Onion Powder

-1 Tbs Garlic Powder

-1 Tbs Ground Cumin

-2 large oranges

or 1 cp bottled lemon juice

-1 can of beer

4 lbs. beef back ribs

Preparation

Mix orange juice or lemon juice with the beer, bathe the ribs in this concoction, then use the first 5 ingredients to season to taste. (Cumin has a strong taste by itself but on beef it adds a wonderful depth of flavor! Grill over red hot hickory flavored charcoal hig enough to cook and not burn. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Serve with fresh salsa, mexican rice and refried beans.
