Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 TBS cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 TBS balsamic vinegar 5 TBS oil
1 cup cold water
8 oz choc chips
Preparation
combine dry ingredients add wet ingredients bake in greased pan for 35 min. @ 350
let cake cool in pan remove from pan sprinkle confectioners sugar on top to decorate
freezes beautifully can be eaten just thawed (cold & chocolate-y) or room temp
