4 Eggs - separated

1 1/4 cups Buttermilk

1 1/4 cups Flour

1 Tbsp Sugar (scant)

2 Tbsp Oil

1/2 Tsp Salt

4 Tsp Baking Powder

Beat egg whites until stiff Beat egg yokes & add buttermilk Stir in flour, sugar, oil, salt & baking powder Fold in beaten egg whites Cook on lighly greased skillet
