Ingredients

12 oz. vermicelli

Good Season French Dressing - mixed

1 tbl poppy seed

1 tbl celery seed

1/2 tsp. caraway seed

1/2 c. sweet pickle juice

(I use dill pickle juice)

1 C. celery hearts & leaves, chopped

1 bunch green onion & tops

3 twigs fresh parsley

Opt. avocado & 1 Tbl sesame seeds

Preparation

Cook vermicelli. Drain & rinse. Mix w/dressing. Add rest of ingredients & chill. Before serving, mix in celery, onions & parsley. Garnish w/ avocado * sesame seeds.
