Ingredients
1 deer roast {or any red meat works well}. 1 can oyster sauce.1 bottle beer [your choice].1 stick real butter. salt and pepper to taste.garlic salt is better.
Preparation
heat oyster sauce, beer, butter and salt and pepper on stove until boiling, pour over meat wrapped in tin foil[poke holes in meat with a fork to get juices to the inside]cover with foil and put on grill with lid closed . grill on low for 2 to 3 hrs.check for doneness periodically.
