Ingredients

1 ¼ Pound Venison

1 Cup Onions (chopped)

1 Cup Celery (chopped)

1 28 oz can tomatoes with juice

1 Can kidney beans with juice

2 ½ cups water

1 15 oz can of whole kernel corn with juice

1 8oz can tomato sauce

1 ½ pkg taco seasoning

1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)

Shredded cheese & red onion for garnish

Preparation

In saucepan brown venison, celery & onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and red onions.
