VENISON MEAT LOAF

1 lb. ground venison

1/3 lbs. ground pork

1 egg

1/2 c. dried bread crumbs

1 c. milk

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tbsp. chopped onion

Preparation

After mixing the meats thoroughly; add egg, milk, bread crumbs, and mix with meat. Place in greased pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
