Ingredients

1 pkg Velveeta Shells and Cheese

1 lb ground beef

1 pkg Taco Seasoning

3/4 cup water

3/4 cup sour cream

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3/4 cup salsa

1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare shells & cheese exactly as box says. While cooking pasta, brown meat; drain meat. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 5 minutes. Stir sour cream into finished pasta. Spoon half of pasta mix into 8 inch square baking dish; top with meat mixture, half of the shredded cheese and remaining pasta. Cover. Bake 15 minutes; top with salsa, remaining cheese, and tortilla chips.; Bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes.
