Ingredients
2 8 oz packages frozen spinach (drained)
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 8 oz cup sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts (drined)
1 onion chopped
1 stick butter
2 Tblsp minced garlic
1 8 oz package of shredded monterray jack cheese (save 1/2 for topping)
1 tsp garlic salt
2 dashes worsestershire sauce
Preparation
In food processor, chop spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream and cream cheese. Place this mixture into a large bowl. Melt butter and saute the onion and minced garlic. Add this to the spinach mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour all into a greased rectangular pan and bake at 350 degreesfor about 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese the last 5 minutes or until bubbly.
