HEAT OVEN TO 400 ° DEGREES. BAKE PIE CRUST 3-5 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN.

SAUTE ZUCCHINI AND ONIONS IN MELTED BUTTER UNTIL TENDER. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND OREGANO. BEAT EGGS IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD CHOPPED TOMATO AND CHEESE. STIR IN COOKED VEGGIES. POUR EGG MIXTURE INTO PIE CRUST. BAKE 35-40 MINUTES AND LET STAND FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
