Ingredients
1 can of pillsbury pizza dough
2 cups each chopped broccoli, cauliflower
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 packet dry ranch dip mix
1 cup shredded cheese (any flavor, I use chedder)
a few sliced scallions if you wish
Preparation
- Mix sour cream and packet of dry ranch mix together and put in fridge.
- Unroll pizza dough onto cookie sheet and follow baking directions on can. Then let cool before adding toppings.
- Spread ranch mix onto crust.
- Add all toppings. You may use more or less depending on how many veggies you want.
