Ingredients
1 # bowtie pasta
Olive Oil
any or all of the following fresh herbs of choice
sweet basil
oregano
thyme
chives and/or garlic chives
fresh ground black pepper
pinch of red crushed pepper flakes
kosher salt
1 medium yellow squash
1 small zuchini
1 medium portabella mushroom
1 large onion
1 each yellow, red & green pepper
1 large handful fresh green beans
1 large handful snowpeas
good quality balsamic vinager
Preparation
cook pasta, rinse, drain & put in zip lock bag & place in refrigerator chop herbs, place 1/2 in a condiment bottle, fill bottle with olive oil, let sit cut veggies into chunks, slice mushrooms, preheat grill, place veggies in grill shaker basket, grill veggies on high heat while carefully sprinkling with herbed oil, shake & turn basket over often until veggies are slightly charded & tender. Cool slightly, toss with cold pasta & remaining fresh herbs. drizzle with balsamic vinager to taste. Chill until ready to eat.
