Ingredients

2 small zuchinnis sliced

2 yellow squash sliced

3 turnips pared and sliced

3 red potatoes pared and sliced

10 mini carrots sliced in 3’s each

1 large bunch of broccoli flowerets

1/2 head of califlower cut in flowerets

1 vidalia onion sliced in strips

1/2 cup margerine (1 stick)melted

3 teaspoons Jane’s Krazy mixed up salt.

One fresh lemon

Preparation

After all veggies are prepared use large bowl to mix them all up. Squeeze lemon juice onto the veggies and toss. Add the 3 teaspoons of Jane’s Krazy mixed up salt toss again. Pour melted butter over veggies and toss. Put all ingredients in aluminum foil either for individual serving or all together and grill until done. Usually takes about 45 mins. Check and stir periodically. Serve hot either with more lemon juice or butter or both. It makes a wonderful meal for a vegan or as a side with any meal.
