Ingredients
1 can of kernel corn
1 can of green beans
1 can green peas
2 pimiento peppers diced
1 red onion diced
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup olive oil
Preparation
-drain canned vegetables and mix them in a medium bowl -put diced peppers and onions into vegetable mix and mix again -combine olive oil, salt, black pepper,sugar and vinegar in a saucepan and heat on low. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved -quickly pour dissolved sugar-oil dressing into the mixed vegetables and stir quickly -place in the fridge and eat serve cold the next day
