Ingredients
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chili beans in chili sauce
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 4 oz. can green chilis
1 can vegetable broth
1 cup frozen corn
2 Tablespoons chili powder
Preparation
In a large pot big enough to hold all ingredients, saute onion, and peppers and garlic until tender. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Heat until warm throughout.
