Ingredients
-4 slices of normal wheat bread
-1/2 cup of oil (any cooking kind. I use grapeseed)
-2 tbs of paprika
-2 tbs of cayenne pepper powder (optional)
-salt and pepper
-1 tomato
1/2 an avocado
shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.Put the oil, paprika,cayenne, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cut the bread into fourths and lightly dip them in the bowl. Make sure to coat both sides. DO NO leave them in the bowl to soak. then, put them on a cookie sheet and put the Parmesan cheese on top(as much as you want). Then them in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown. When yo take them out, let it sit for about a minute. They should be a little crunchy, like a crouton. Last, put the slices of avocado and tomato on top. Sprinkle some more cayenne, salt and pepper. Your done!
