Ingredients

1/2 stick butter

1/4 cup flour

2 sausage patties, chopped fine

1 clove garlic

2 cups vegetable stock (cubes)

1 cup red wine

1 tbsp worcheshire sauce

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 tbsp chopped parsley

salt and pepper

Preparation

Melt butter. Add sausage and cook for 5 mins at low heat (take patties out and chop fine - set aside). Stir in flour, making a roux and let brown. Add sausage back, garlic, stock, red wine, worcheshire sauce, cilantro and parsley. Bring to boil.

Simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Season well with salt and pepper.
