Ingredients
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 jar picante sauce
1 chopped onion
1 can vegetable broth
1 8 oz can V-8 juice
1 chopped green pepper
cumin, to taste
salt/pepper to taste
Preparation
Saute chopped onion in 3 tables of the broth Drain beans and rinse Pour all remaining ingredients into pan and simmer until green pepper is cooked
