Ingredients
2 1/2 tbsps. butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsps. soy sauce
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 packed fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
- Melt butter in small sauce pan.
- Whisk butter and flour for about 30 seconds.
- Add Broth and soy sauce.
- Stir until you achieve desired thickness.
- Stir in parsley
- Serve warm.
