Other vegetables

Water

Sour cream

Preparation

Combine miso, potatoes and vegetables with a little bit of water in a frying pan. Cook until the vegetables are cooked and the potatoes are soft. Top with low-fat sour cream (optional) or another topping such as apple sauce.
