Ingredients

2 diced Tomatoes

200 grams Parmesan Cheese

1 diced Onion

1 diced Green Pepper

400 grams of Water

300 grams of mushrooms

100 grams Tomatoes juice

Preparation

This meal can be cooked all at a time by using 2 pans, or cooked separately but with the smallest time between them so the temperature will not go down to0 much. Put tomatoes, green pepper, onions in one pan, add a pinch of salt and 200 grams of water, cooked on a high fire till all of them become transparent. In another pan cook mushrooms on a high fire, the same procedure - add a pinch of salt and the rest of water, in the end add the tomatoes juice. Then in a bowl put them together, add Parmesan cheese and mix.
