Ingredients
1 1/2 of large Turnip
1 1/2 of Celeriac/ 2 stalks Celery
1 1/2 of Swede/Turnip
1 large onion
2 Carrots
2 bay leafs
2 pts water
2 Chicken stock cubs
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Bring Water & Stock cubs to the boil. Peal & Chop Vegetables, and add to stock, lower heat to simmer. Simmer Vegetables until soft Add Bay Leafs and Salt & Pepper, stir and continue to simmer until all the vegetables are soft to touch. Now using either electric hand whisk or blender, Whisk until smooth, you may wish to add some Cream to taste, but the soup is just as lovely with out. season to taste.
