Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1/3 to 1/2 cup red or white wine vinegar
1/4 cup minced parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp tarragon
salt and pepper
raw or lightly steamed vegetables
Preparation
combine all ingredients and blend. pour over vegetables and chill at least 2 hours.
