Ingredients
10 oz. thawed frozen spinach
1 large carrot, grated
1/2 C parmesan cheese
1 t thyme
3 eggs
2 1/2 C milk
Salt
pepper
Preparation
In blender, lightly blend all ingredients. Divide evenly among 8 ramekins. Place ramekins in baking pan with 1" hot tap water. Bake at 325 for 35-40 min.
