Ingredients
1 head of cabbage
5 carrots
1/2 small red onion chopped fine
1/2 green pepper chopped fine
2 cups good mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. cider vinegar
2tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Slice cabbage and carrots very fine. in a medium bowl whisk together the mayo, cream, mustard, sugar, vinegar, celery seeds, celery salt, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Serve cold or at room temperature
