Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 16 ounce sour cream

2 - 2 cup bags of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 large can of Durkee fried onions

2 - 16 ounce bags of mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Preparation

Cook vegetables as indicated on package. I usually steam them. When veggies are almost done mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl except one cup of the cheese. Add veggies to the mix. Mix well and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cook in over 325 - 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes prior to serving.
