Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds stew meat

2 green peppers, chopped

1 cup green beans

1 cup onion, chopped

2/3 cup barley

2/3 cup corn

2 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon pepper

29 ounces beef broth

29 ounces diced tomatoes

8 ounces tomato sauce

Preparation

Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cover; cook on Low 8-9 hours or High 4-5 hours.
