Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 fine chopped carrot
3 diced garlic cloves
1Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup rice
2 cups chicken stock
Preparation
Saute carrot, bell pepper, and onion 3 minutes Add garlic and black pepper, saute 30 seconds Add rice, saute 30 seconds Add chicken stock, bring to boil, simmer on low covered 15-20 minutes
Drizzle with honey, fluff and serve
