Ingredients

2 Slices Whole Grain Bread

2 Slices Low Fat Chedder Cheese

1/4 of Red or Green Apple or 1/4 Pear, Thin sliced

Small Amount of Lettuce

Some Alfalfa Sprouts

Mustard, Mayo, or Plain Yogurt

Preparation

Wash and Slice Apple or Pear Wash Lettuce and Alfalfa Sprouts Place condiment on slice of bread, place one slice of cheese, add thinly sliced fruit, lettuce and sprouts, add second slice of cheese, place condiment on second slice, close sandwich, slice in 1/2 and wrap in plastic wrap.
