Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 Cup applesauce

1 ripe banana (overripe is fine)

1 tsp vanilla (+)

2 ½ cups quick cooking or rolled oatmeal

1T cinnamon

1/4 cup flour

1/8 cup sugar

A LOT of choc chips (optional, I suppose)

Preparation

I made these in a dorm kitchenette at 325 (give or take a bit, you know those dorms) for 11-12 min.

mix all ingredients well (so that the banana is all mixed in.) drop 2T sized cookies on to a cookie sheet. They wont spread out much.

About 65 calories each.
