Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup soy milk

2 tablespoons applesauce (or oil)

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Whisk dry items together then add wet. Stir to combine and remove most lumps. Add extra liquid if too thick (otherwise middles won’t cook) or extra flour if too thin. Drop into oiled pan with 1/4 cup scoop.
